FAQ

The ones people actually ask.

Including the three that argue against signing. You will ask them on the call anyway.

Is this a franchise?
No. The shop is registered to you, the signboard carries your name, and the lease is yours. We are a supplier with software attached. The practical test: if you stopped buying from us tomorrow, the shop stays open under the same name — that is not true of a franchise.
What does it cost?
It depends on your floor area and what goes on the shelves, so we work out a real range on the call rather than printing a number here. What we can tell you now is the order you spend it in — token, fit-out, opening stock, then working capital. That is set out on the ROI calculator page, which also works out the other side of it on your own rent and footfall.
How long until I open?
Thirty to forty-five days from kickoff, and the week-by-week is published so you can hold us to it. Two things move that date. Your site: if you are still looking, the clock has not started. And the electrical work, which is yours to arrange and is the step most often behind.
What if a product does not sell?
You stop reordering it and put something else in the space. There is no minimum you have to keep buying and no line you are obliged to carry. Slow lines are visible on your own screen from week one, so you do not need to wait for us to tell you.
Do you guarantee I will make money?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. A shop's takings come from its catchment, its rent and how it is run — three things that are mostly yours. We can tell you what the stock costs and what it should sell for. The rest is a retail business, with the risk that carries.
Can I open a second shop?
That is the part the software is built for. A second shop is not a second system or a second agreement to negotiate from scratch — it is another shop under the same login, with its own counter, its own stock and its own numbers.
Who is behind this?
EazyToSell is the retail arm of Suprans, based at DLF Corporate Greens in Gurugram. The buying operation behind it — Yiwu, Shenzhen, the Canton Fair — was running years before we sold a shop, and the About page sets that out. You are welcome at the sample store on any weekday; we send the address once your visit is confirmed.
What happens on the call?
Twenty minutes. Your city, your site if you have one, and roughly what you can put in. If the catchment will not carry a shop of this size we say so, and there is no follow-up sequence afterwards.
